Alarm Permits

Moon Township Ordinance Chapter 13 requires that any property owner, lessee of property or person otherwise occupying a premises within Moon Township obtain a permit before putting or allowing to be put into operation any Alarm Device on that premises. This is not restricted to alarms that notify a second party but also includes alarms that can be seen or heard by a member of the public. Non-compliance to this ordinance can result in a $500 fine per offense.
